Regression: After changing language, the box becomes inactive in Google Play Apps and Services overlay

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> Sign in to user>> In Google Play Apps and Services overlay, Click on Change Language drop-down and change to any language and observe

Actual: Unable to scroll and the box becomes inactive
Expected: No such issue should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 67.0.3396.57/10575.47.0 Beta

Have you had a chance to look at this? We are hoping to go to beta next week and would optimally have this resolved on 68 by then.

Problem is wider, not only OOBE flow is affected but also in-session OptIn.

Hey Fady,

I checked it twice.

This is serious regression that makes web-view inaccessible. Besides the problem described here I noticed that drop-down menu for combo box is very frequently blank.
