Can't upload updated package in Chrome Developer Dashboard

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Upload zip folder in developer dashboard. What is the expected behavior? Updated zip folder is successfully uploaded. What went wrong? Upload is unsuccessful and the following error message is shown: "An error occurred: Failed to process your item. Chrome Web Store system error, please try again later." (see attachment) Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Reporter@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 66.0.3359.181 and the latest Canary 69.0.3444.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and navigated to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/developer/dashboard 2. Logged in and clicked on Add New Item. 3. Uploaded a test extension and no issues/error message was observed. Attached is the screen cast and the test extension for reference. Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile with the extension provided and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..
