Regression:Permission bubble appears misplaced on exiting full screen

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3444.0 (Official Build) (64-bit)Revision 7bc84734b0b2463f749245f34c6eb8aa7aae6b00-refs/branch-heads/3444@{#1}(64 bit) OS: Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1), 10.13.5(Macbook Pro Touchbar) Pre-condition : Enable flag 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa.' What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch Chrome, navigate to https://permission.site. (2) Now click on full screen icon(green button from traffic lights) of the browser. (3) Click on any button on the website(Notification or Location etc.) to display permission bubble. (4) Now while the permission bubble is open exit the browser full screen by clicking again on green button from traffic lights and observe. Actual Result: Permission bubble appears misplaced on exiting full screen. Expected Result: Permission bubble should appear properly on exiting full screen. This is regression issue broken in ‘M-68’ and providing the bisect using per-revision bisect, Good build: 68.0.3417.0(Revision: 555218) Bad build : 68.0.3418.0(Revision: 555651) You are probably looking for a change made after 555324 (known good), but no later than 555325 (first known bad). Downgrading as this is a relatively minor visual glitch.

Update: Rechecked the above issue on Mac (10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.2) OS using latest canary build #72.0.3608.4 and the issue is not reproducible. Kindly refer the screen-cast for same. |
