Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try use "SELECT ALL" in the URL 2. It's rendering in the notification bar 3. It can't be clicked, it's broken What is the expected behavior? Copying a URI from a URL bar worked in 1995 and should continue to in 2018 What went wrong? UX broke functionality Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 7.0 Flash Version: This shouldn't have been broken in the first place and I'm amazed it isn't reported and fixed.
