Unnecessary right click context menu gets open along with context menu (Add new bookmark,...) on multiple double tap touch

Chrome Version: 68.0.3440.6 (Official Build) Revision 5e39f7c6d67b3ec060c8e152bcbf321cdbaad168-refs/branch-heads/3440@{#10} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows 10 (Touch Device)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://bookmarks/ page.
(2) Now double tap touch on bookmarks page multiple times and observe.

Actual Result: Unnecessary right click context menu gets open along with context menu (Add new bookmark...) on multiple double tap touch.
Expected Result: Only context menu (Add new bookmark...) should appear on every double tap touch.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M-65' series build #65.0.3319.0.

Note: Issue is also seen on M-66 Stable (build #66.0.3359.181), M-68 Beta (build #67.0.3396.56) & M-68 Dev (build #68.0.3438.3).

Mass UI Triage Update:

Rechecked the above issue on Windows 10 (Touch Device) OS using latest Canary build #72.0.3610.0 and the issue is still reproducible.
