With UI refresh enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open only 1 normal tab
(2) Use the Pull To Action to close the tab

What is the expected result?
The TabGrid should display the educational text (Open a tab to browser the way).

What happens instead?
The background of the tab grid is empty.

It also reproduces using the "Close tab" action of the popup menu when long pressing the tabgrid button in the toolbar.
