Issue descriptionExample URL: http://31.210.87.4/musicclips/fullmp4best/Celine_Dion_Thats_The_Way_It_Is.mp4 Steps to reproduce the problem: Precondition : Two Sims should be inserted SIM 2 : Data activated 1. Start a download from mentioned url 2. Wait for sometime for the download 3. Receive a MT call on SIM 1 4. End the call . Observe Downloading starts from the Beginning What is the expected behavior? the URL does have a last modified header. My guess is that Chrome gets killed when the phone call starts, and the history db hasn't commit the download yet(it could take up to 10 seconds for history to commit). As a result, resumption will start from the beginning as download percentage is not written to disk. |
