Focus ring appears to be chopped under expiration date in credit cards section.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 69.0.3442.0 (Official Build)Revision 562d9e7e30299e5cf807d4e5f31f271f64b8cd50-refs/branch-heads/3442@{#1}  (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/autofill
(2)Click on 'add' button under "credit cards" and press tab key till focus reaches expiration date section,observe

Actual: Focus ring appears to be chopped under expiration date in credit cards section.

Expected: Focus ring should be properly seen under expiration date in credit cards section.


This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M69' series i.e 69.0.3442.0 

Note: Will soon update Linux & Mac OS info

Note:
1. Issue is seen on drop down button in chrome://settings/importData as well.
2. Issue is seen on Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5)
Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

Update: 

Retested above issue on Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6) & Linux (14.04 LTS) OS using latest Canary build #69.0.3450.0 and the issue is fixed.
