Casting results in upside down display

68.0.3437.0 (Official Build) dev

Use cast to present or cast to TV and the casted display appears upside down. 

Note - when presenting via go/p it works fine.

+1 Whenever I present (even though go/p) my screen is upside down.

Rebooting my pixelbook doesn't help.

This only seemed to start happening after I put my pixelbook in tablet mode momentarily.

I can reproduce this on non-tablet HP Chromebook 13 G1 at 68.0.3437.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit).

Casting a tab would work correctly, while casting the complete screen would mirror the display vertically.
