Chrome 67.0.3396.56 on Windows 10

1. Open Task Manager (shift + esc)
2. Right-click header row and check "Keepalive count"
3. Click "Keepalive count" column header

Expected: Sorts tasks by keepalive count
Actual: Nothing happens (no arrow appears either)
