r560285 is "Let CodecPicture hold DecryptConfig" - the change doesn't seem to have any side-effects, so it's unlikely.

LiveRegionsTest.LiveRegionChangeImageAlt is a ChromeVox thingy

the analysis has the pass rate dropping dramatically around r561995 - I can't click the point before it because the chart legend is in the way.

ignoring findit completely, this is probably r552584, or related to it somehow.
