Parser blocking on website

Issue description

Chrome Version       : <Copy from: 'about:version'> Version 66.0.3359.181
URLs (if applicable) :https://catalog.dallaslibrary.org/polaris/patronaccount/default.aspx?ctx=1.1033.0.0.6
Other browsers tested: Internet Explorer
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
       Edge:
Internet Explorer: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open Dallas Public Library Page
(2)Successfully login to My Account
(3)

What is the expected result?


What happens instead?


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tried creating a test account, but it asks for Library card number.

@Reporter: Please provide sample credentials to test this issue from TE end if possible.

Unfortunately we don't have enough information to reproduce this. Since it is a warning we suggest you contact the library and work with them to resolve the issue with their site. 

We understand this is caused by an intervention that Chrome made but it was well published of design alternatives.
