cautotest host display no longer wrap the label field

The 'Other Labels' field used to wrap so that we can quickly see the status on the right.  This is what we see now https://screenshot.googleplex.com/Zde0VKAsV6O.png
and we have to either max the screen or scroll to the far right to peak at the status.

Please fix this via
1- wrap the 'Other Labels' field so that the screen can fit in the existing window width

Or
2- move  status, locked, lock reason before 'Other Labels'

Last time I looked at this, the problem was actually that the "Label" box
above had decided to get much wider, probably because of some rougue
label.  The host list then expands to fix the space its given.

Infra team will not be working on any usability bugs or features on the AFE UI at this point. Your best bet is the moblab team, if that is your use case.

We'll be moving to swarming as the UI in the near future, so AFE is in maintenance mode (in practice, it's been in maintenance for as long as I can remember)

To be clear:  This problem isn't caused by a code change.  It's caused
by the contents of the database; probably something in the labels table.
If we can remove the right cruft from the database, the problem will go
away.
