Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Any Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Upload any .dll file to wetransfer.com 2. Proceed to download the .dll file 3. Observe that the file was downloaded but the extension changed to .exe What is the expected behavior? No renaming of the extension What went wrong? Extension changed from .dll to .exe Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.4 Flash Version: I observed this behavior on a file from wetransfer.com. Did not test on other websites. I tested the very same download in Safari and in that case the extension was not altered.

I am quite sure Safe Browsing does not change the file name in any way upon download so removing Safe Browsing component.

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 66.0.3359.181 and on latest canary 69.0.3442.0 using Mac 10.13.3. i.e;On downloading .dll file from wetransfer.com , extension changes to .exe. Issue is not seen in Linux and Windows. This issue is seen from M-60. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as untriaged. Thanks!
