What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable Chrome Duplex Flag
(2) Go to Chrome://flags
(3) Try to disable the Chrome Duplex Flag
(4) The Relaunch button is blocked by the Duplex Bar


What happens instead?
"The new Chrome Duplex bottom drawer obscures some bottom anchored elements such as the Relaunch Now button on the flags page."

"Hey, just wanted to let you know that the Chrome Duplex bar at the bottom of the page blocks clickable buttons like the one that I have to click to restart the browser after enabling or disabling a flag. Well, of course the screenshot below doesn't show it but the ANNOYING Chrome Duplex bar at the bottom covers that "RELAUNCH NOW" button."
