Chrome DevTools not displayed DOM tree in some cases

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any site
2. Open devtools > Elements
3. Select some DOM node
4. Wait one minute
5. Refresh page
6. DOM tree not dispayed

What is the expected behavior?
DOM tree displayed

What went wrong?
DOM tree not dispayed

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 65

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181  Channel: stable

Reported in  bug 829884  and fixed in Chrome 67 (four days until update).
