As per https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/go/how-requests-are-handled, there is 32MB limit for response. We've been trying to serve minidump_fuzzer.log which is 34MB.

I filed https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=846721 for the fuzzer being too noisy.

But we still need to check file size and not to serve large files ourselves, just redirect to GCS for dowloading them.
