Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Create a user.
(2) Try to delete the user. 
(3) On login screen there is a menu option to remove the user, but the pop up explanation doesn't have the "remove this user" button.

Expected Result: "remove this user" button is present and allows to delete the user.

Actual Result: No "remove this user" button. 

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?) Always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Workaround: Run the old login screen.
