Non-Regression : Video Duration is seen missing for Camera recorded videos in general information page of Files App

Chrome Version: 68.0.3438.0/10717.0.0 dev-channel Blaze,Celes and Kip
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Open New Camera App -> record video and  videos will be saved in camera gallery 
(2)In camera gallery , click on 'Save to disk' option -> video will be saved in Files App -> go to files App , select saved camera video -> Right Click and select 'Get info' option or click on 'Space' Key 
(3)In general information page observe for video Duration at R.H.S
(Please refer Screenshot)

Expected: Video Duration should be seen at R.H.S for camera recorded videos in general information page
Actual: Instead video Duration is seen missing for Camera recorded videos

This is Non-Regression Issue

Note : Video Duration is seen for other saved videos
