Issue descriptionChrome version: 68.0.3440.0 (Official Build) Revision 05533d197c5763ecde7fa3dd551fd5ff214cec5e-refs/branch-heads/3440@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and open devtools 2. Now go to 'Audits' section and press 'Ctrl + A' key to perform 'select all' text in 'Audit' section and click in devtools window,observe. Actual: Unable to deselect the selected text after clicking in devtools window Expected: Should be able to deselected the selected text after clicking in devtools window This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 62’ and below is the bisect info : Good build: 62.0.3166.0 (Revision: 489162). Bad build: 62.0.3167.0 (Revision: 489499). You are probably looking for a change made after 489362 (known good), but no later than 489363 (first known bad). Since user can select only with ctrl-a and can't select with mouse click, I guess selection itself is not intended behavior on audit result page.

Perhaps this can be fixed in audits2Panel.css:
