OS:Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5) ,Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS) 

Pre-Condition:Enable 'Views Cast dialog'from chrome://flags.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome ,open wrench menu and click on cast.
2.Observe .

Actual Result:Cast overlay does not get open and only cast icon is seen in RHS of omnibox.
Expected Result:Cast overlay should get open upon clicking on cast from wrench menu.

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-67’ and providing per-revision bisect info below:
Good Build:67.0.3389.0(Revision:548274)  
Bad Build:67.0.3390.0(Revision:548636)
 
You are probably looking for a change made after 548289 (known good), but no later than 548290 (first known bad).

Note:
1.Issue is only  reproducible completely on MAC(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5) OS.
2.In Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS) Cast overlay is seen distorted.
