OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, open DevTools and go to 'Audits' section.
2. Click on 'Desktop' radio button under 'Device' section.
3. Press up arrow key from keyboard to reach the blue focus on Mobile radio button and observe.

Actual: 
1. Blue focus ring seems to be chopped from left side on Mobile radio button.
2. Weird blue traces of focus ring is observed on Desktop radio button.

Expected: 
1. Blue focus ring should seen properly.
2. No traces of blue focus ring should seen on radio button.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-68 series as radio button under Audits section is introduced from build # 68.0.3439.0

Note: 
1. This issue is reproducible for all the radio buttons on Audits page.
2. This issue is not reproducible on Win(7,8,8.1,10) & Linux (14.04 LTS) OS.
