Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Example URL: See attached test.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the attached test.html in your browser. 2. Look at the bottom border of 2 row 1 column. 3. One pixel is out of order. What is the expected behavior? Borders in the same row should be displayed in a straight line. What went wrong? I have created a sample that reproduces the problem that my application has found a bordering problem, so please correct it. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin?
