Precondition:
1.Enable ui-refresh-phase-1 in chrome://flag
2.Enable Voice over from device settings

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome in landscape mode
  2.  Tap on Menu > Tap on History > Scroll to Clear Browsing data
  3.  Tap on Clear browsing data  > Confirm Clear Browsing data.

Observed results:
Cursor navigates to NTP after clearing the data.

Expected results:
Cursor should navigate to Clear browsing data screen.
