[PWA][Win10] Uninstall from start menu doesn't work

Chrome Version: 66
OS: Win10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit progressivewebflap.com
(2) Menu > More tools > Create shortcut...
(3) Start menu > right click Progressive Web Flag icon > Uninstall

What is the expected result?

App should uninstall (or show confirmation prompt)

What happens instead?

Programs and Features window opens, Progressive Web Flap is not among the available things to uninstall.

I think we're not planning to have this for V1. I will keep on the M-70 list for now as P3 so we can discuss.

Removing from the M70 list. Instead we'll do the much more reasonable  Issue 876560  (add an uninstall item to the PWA app menu).
