Tested the issue on chrome reported version 66.0.3359.181 using Windows-10, launched chrome reported version loaded the .html files provided in comment#0 and we are not sure on how to change the width of .main(as mentioned in steps to reproduce the problem in comment#0). @Reporter: Could you please provide the screencast of the issue which help in further triaging the issue ion better way. Thanks!

i mean to change css of element with class main via dev tools but issue is to close because it's fault of Windows 10 Display Scaling. i've turned it off and everything is fine Thank you :)
