grid-gap not constant

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. change width of .main 

What is the expected behavior?
constant grid-gap between .menu-item > center > a

What went wrong?
grid gap is not constant it's changes when width of .main changes

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

when width of header is 100% those things happens

Tested the issue on chrome reported version 66.0.3359.181 using Windows-10, launched chrome reported version loaded the .html files provided in comment#0 and we are not sure on how to change the width of .main(as mentioned in steps to reproduce the problem in comment#0).

@Reporter: Could you please provide the screencast of the issue which help in further triaging the issue ion better way.

i mean to change css of element with class main via dev tools but issue is
to close because it's fault of Windows 10 Display Scaling. i've turned it
off and everything is fine
