GNU Backgammon icon does not run gnubg

Issue description

Chrome Version: 68.0.3437.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Chrome OS Version: 68.0.3437.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Chrome OS Platform: corp eve
Network info: Google-A

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) in crostini termina run apt-get install gnubg
(2) click GNU Backgammon icon in shelf
(3)

Expected Result:
Gnubg opens

Actual Result:
nothing happens

- running gnubg from the container prompt opens the GNU Backgammon application successfully. 
- Opening sublime from the shelf works as expected.

When you're here show me this please. I can't reproduce it on my system.
I'm suspecting you just need to have a new VM component installed. If you go to chrome://components and look at cros-termina, try clicking 'Check for update' and if it updates, reboot and then try again. I've got 10696.0.0 on mine.
I was on 10685 so I updated to 10696. Restarted then ran sudo apt-get remove and then sudo apt-get install again on gnubg and still having the issue. Do I need to fully uninstall and reinstall crostini?

This is fixed with the latest version of garcon.
