"Not secure" incorrect translation in KR

Project Member Reported by emilyschechter@chromium.org, May 24 2018

Issue description

"Not secure" chip is currently translated to "not safe" in Korean.

It should be translated to "not secure".

Shimi, can you PTAL?
I'm working on getting the more correct translation and will attach it here once I have it.
Here's the consensus from the Korean team for more appropriate translation for the three chips:

<green lock>
보안 통신
(Secured Communication)

<circled i>
정보이거나 보안 통신이 아님
(Information or Not Secured Communication)

<red triangle>
보안 통신이 아니거나 위험함
(Not Secured communication or Dangerous)
Labels: -Pri-3 Pri-1
Moving to p1 since we'd like to correct this before M68 rolls out if possible.
@somogyi, can you clarify a bit on the translations above:

<circled i>
정보이거나 보안 통신이 아님
(Information or Not Secured Communication)

--> does this mean "information" or does it mean "Not Secured Communication"? we want "not secured communication"

<red triangle>
보안 통신이 아니거나 위험함
(Not Secured communication or Dangerous)

--> does this mean "not secured communication" or does it mean "dangerous"? we actually need both strings for the red triangle in different places in the UI.

Not sure what happened to that last comment, but here's an update FTR: the team discussed various solutions and landed on "Caution required" to replace the "Not safe" chip. Additional string changes made to the Page Info dialog include:

- Added mention of "HTTPS" to clarify that these warnings are about connection security
- Removing imperative language "You should not"
