Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open enough tabs so that all cannot be displayed in full width
2. Use the three finger gesture to slide through tabs 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Gesture appears to not allow tabs that are not fully visible to be accessed in this manner.
