[MacViews-Browser] Regression: Spacing between Extensions Buttons (Inkdrops) is no longer 6px

Chrome Version: Canary 68.0.3439.0
OS: macOS 10.13.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable MacViews-Browser in about://flags
(2) Install at least 2 extensions
(3) Hover over the Extension icons  

What is the expected result?
The spacing between the 2 extension inkdrops should be 6px

What happens instead?
The spacing is 8px now.

pbos@: Looks like https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/820f59a752e13841e4a599b06fade3928abd0890 is the culprit :(

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
I assume this only hits non-Refresh MacViews as the Refresh inkdrops are larger. If that's the case we can live with this regression until Refresh. Optimistically closing as WontFix, please reopen if this regression hits pre-Refresh non-MacViews or MacViews Refresh. Refresh should be 4dp circles if I remember correctly.
