Here's the graph for the Nexus 5 bot: https://chromeperf.appspot.com/report?sid=8207bc3e5f1bcf5128baf7e64bf8b857005049e14707bbface31f4999289710d&start_rev=556632&end_rev=561780 It's a bit confusing because there were two regressions: bug 845605 (now fixed) and then this one. The bisect in #2 actually found a 3.8% regression from this patch.
