Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10452.96.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10452.96.0 (Official Build) stable-channel cyan Steps to reproduce the problem: We have set up our Android app to support mult-window mode and have set the Layout attributes as described at https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/multi-window Our layout attributes for the app are: <layout android:defaultHeight="75.0%" android:defaultWidth="75.0%" android:gravity="center"/> These attributes are not getting honored. What is the expected behavior? window should open at 75% of screen height and 75% of screen width, centered in the display. What went wrong? There are various problems that happen 1. At first launch of the app, the screen is smaller than it should be and isn't centered. (initial launch.png) 2. Subsequent launches of the app are correct height/width, but in upper left hand corner instead of centered (not centered.png) 3. If you minimize the window by pressing the - and then open it from the taskbar, the window appears similar to #1 and #4 (after minimize.png) 4. If you pin the device, and then unpin it, the window appears similar to #1 and #3 (unpinned.png) WebStore page: Did this work before? No Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 10452.96.0 Flash Version: If you move the window, #3 and #4 don't happen. It returns to the previous size and position.
