Scroll function in Google Docs does not work on my SmartBoard ; sometimes tabs will not close in Chrome.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome on SmartBoard at school; 2. Go to Google Drive and open Google doc; 3. Page will not scroll using my finger on the board What is the expected behavior? I swipe up and down on the board, using my finger, and pages will scroll; or using my finger, I close a window by pressing the "X" on the tab What went wrong? Page does not scroll; windows will not close Did this work before? Yes Previous version before recent update Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Tried several different things to solve the issue but nothing worked. Problem started right after recent update.

dbenevento@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 on Surface Pro 4 machine on the reported version 66.0.3359.181 and the latest Canary 68.0.3439.0 as per the steps mentioned above. 1. Launched Chrome and opened a Google Doc from Google drive. 2. swiped through the doc using finger and can see the pages scroll and no issues are observed. 3. Able to close the tab by pressing the 'x' button as well. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to check and confirm is anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..
