Non-Regression: Multi-shot effect is not seen while taking picture in Camera app

Chrome Version: 68.0.3438.0/10714.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Reks and Candy
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Open Camera app and click on Toggle multi-shot and take picture, observe no multi-shot effect is seen

Expected: Multi-shot effect should be seen while toggle multi-shot is active
Actual: Multi-shot effect is not seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62( Issue is seen in Camera app of version 5.0.1)

It's WAI; flying-picture-animations for shots have been removed.

Please refer to b:73322998. Please verify it by 3 clicking sounds.
By the way, multi-shot feature will be completely removed in the next Camera app release.
