(1) Install a bookmark app (e.g. progressivewebflap.com) with open as window enabled.
(2) Clear history.
(3) Open app window.
(4) Check history

What is the expected result?

The app URL should be the most recent entry in history.

What happens instead?

The URL is missing from history.
