Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10452.96.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10452.96.0 (Official Build) stable-channel quawks

Example URL:
Citrix Reciever

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Citrix Receive
2. Connect to remote desktop
3. Receive error unable to connect

What is the expected behavior?
Connect to remote desktop via citrix receiver app

What went wrong?
Unable to connect- unknown erorr

Did this work before? Yes Previous update

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10452.96.0
Flash Version: 29.0.0.171

Components: -Services>Chromoting
Is this related to Chrome Remote Desktop? I think the user is referring to a different remote desktop tool.

This is the Citrix receiver for chrome app that connects to the Citrix desktop.

Did you end up getting this resolved? I'm not sure there is anything we can do, have you reported it to Citrix support?
