Steps:
1. Launch JAWS.
2. Launch any of above versions of chrome.
3. Navigate to: https://www.google.com/chrome//
4. Click download, then accept.
5. Press shift+F6 to switch to download bar.
Expected: Jaws should announce ‘Downloads bar’, followed by the download in progress.
Actual: JAWS announces the file downloaded, but does not announce the title of downloads bar.
