The merge request is for the following CL that is needed by rtanalytics binary on Chromebox for Meetings.

Person detection is a feature in rtanaltyics binary that lives in Google3 and gets downloaded onto each CfM through component updater. Without whitelisting those syscalls the binary will crash.

This change will only impact rtaanltyics binary on the Guado build of CfM.

This change has been tested on a local dev CfM of Guado build running M67.
