OS: macOS 10.13.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
(2) Take a look at the buttons "Cancel" and "Clear Data" at the bottom
(3)

What is the expected result?
They could be some px lower to not to be so close to the divider at the top of the buttons.

What happens instead?
They are too high.

Seems to be regression. Looks good in Chrome Stable 66.
