AppCache problem with quoting new cache to storage

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Login to a page with APPCACHE with a 2gb ram android and not so much storage space left 2. When APPCACHE downloads, it throws an error whose error message is "Failed to commit new cache to storage, would exceed quota" What is the expected behavior? To download all the files and proceed What went wrong? It cannot commit new cache to storage and the page refreshes. Please see the image attached Did this work before? Yes Maybe chrome version 64 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 66.0.3359.158 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.0.1 Flash Version: don't know Thank you very much.
