Clearing history/cache while WebRTC text/event logs are uploaded |

Issue descriptionIf the user clears history/cache while an upload is underway, the upload should be interrupted, and the file deleted.

For event logs, this is done here: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1078737 For textual logs, I think it would make the most sense to assign this to you, as you're the owner of that code. Would you like to assign this to yourself, then?
