Voice search hit DCHECK after loading |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 68.0.3439.0 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open Chrome (2) Do a voice search (e.g. "Pizza") (3) Loads any page What is the expected result? Page should load What happens instead? A DCHECK is hit. I don't know if it is happening on previous versions.

Verified the issue on 69.0.3450.0 canary tested on iPhone 7+(iOS 11). Voice search works fine on performing voice search. |
