Hi, Sergey, I would guess this is a duplicate of https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=845114, just the windows bots not attempting to run tests until a few commits later. Can you have a look and confirm?

And also a few late android bots, linking them too here.
Changes in screenshare_slides_vp9_2sl are all positive.

There is significant drop of PSNR in vp9svc_3sl_medium and vp9svc_3sl_low. It is probably related to this issue - https://bugs.chromium.org/p/webrtc/issues/detail?id=9279.

I ran these tests locally with the latest libvpx rolled into chromium (e27a331778c4c99ec37262ea786a3b4cc2a491ac). The issue is fixed there.

Lets wait for results with the fixed libvpx.
Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
PSNR in vp9svc_3sl_medium and vp9svc_3sl_low returned to normal level.
