UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
When we have a page that utilise iframes as overlaid/popup window with position fixed and this page is opened from different domain inside iframe the content of the nested iframe disappears

1. Open http://wfsites.websitecreatorprotool.com/Tests/Html/3rd_party_env.html?src=http://fl.sitekreator.com/sk_workspace_plamen/main.html
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
3. Press on the button 'Open side panel'. Iframe with a gray background will appear on the right side of the page.
4. Scroll to the top of the page and the content of the iframe will appear.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 66.0.3359.181 using Mac 10.13.1 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched chrome
2. Navigated to http://wfsites.websitecreatorprotool.com/Tests/Html/3rd_party_env.html?src=http://fl.sitekreator.com/sk_workspace_plamen/main.html
3. Scrolled to the bottom of the page
4. Clicked on "Open side panel" button. ( grey background appeared on the right side of the page)
5. Scrolled to the top of the page.
We didn't observe any content of the iframe disappearing while scrolling. Attaching the screen cast of the same.

@Reporter: Could you please have a look at the screen cast and let us know if we have missed anything in the process. Any further from your end may be helpful.
