Some telemetry tests always fail on Chrome OS

The following tests always fail:

telemetry_Benchmarks.sunspider
telemetry_Benchmarks.system_health.memory_desktop
telemetry_Benchmarks.tab_switching.typical_25

status update:
dromaeo.* was combined to dromaeo and is working.
sunspider is removed.
tab_switching.typical_25 will be replaced by cros_tab_switching.typical_24.

TODO: system_health.memory_desktop
