Use endpoint in Drive API to retrieve share_link

Currently, when a user clicks 'Share' in Team Drives, we navigate the browser to a modified version of |alternate_url|. However, this is open to breakages from changes in the Drive API URLs.

Going forward, we should make this more robust by adding it to the internal Drive API endpoint.

The extra query parameter isn't expected to break so we're fine as is.
