Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Can't update chrome or relaunch
2. can't access to government website from Canada
3.Personal information has been tracked, monitored and being used by others.

What is the expected behavior?
I've tried many times but nothing works such deleting all chrome browser and reinstall any version and I often see fake news, unsecured chrome browser ( not turn green)

I don't know nothing about chrome browser or using Gmail but I can compare differences between my device compares to others. Especially hates and threats you tube videos which trying to give me a wrong direction
