Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Get a widescreen monitor and set it vertical (so the screen is tall and thin, eg 1080 wide and 1920 tall "Portrait orientation") 2. Open chrome browser 3. Maxmize the window or just change the window's width while its within that vertical monitor What is the expected behavior? The user button should be to the left of the minimize button What went wrong? The user button is on top of the close button Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Also, on a vertical monitor like this, if you have a lot of tabs open, the new tab button overlaps with the minimize *and* maximize buttons when the window is maximized. This makes it really hard to control the window.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-7 and Win-10 using chrome reported version #66.0.3359.181 and latest canary #68.0.3438.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Set a widescreen monitor and set it vertical (so the screen is tall and thin, eg 1080 wide and 1920 tall "Portrait orientation") 2. Opened chrome browser. 3. Maximised the window and also changed the window's width while its within that vertical monitor 4. Observed that user button is to the left of the minimize button as expected. fresheneesz@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #68.0.3438.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Thanks...!!

Hmm, coming back from a 2 week vacation, my browser (I think unupdated) looks like its working normally again. This has been a repeated intermittent issue for me for well over a year. Sometimes the behavior lasts for weeks, even between computer restarts and updates, and then randomly fixes itself. I wouldn't be surprised if this issue happened to me again in a month or two.

So after updating to "Version 67.0.3396.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)" on restart the problem was back (whereas my previous version had fixed itself somehow at some point). This is typical of this bug. It appears at some point and then goes away seemingly for no reason. I attached an image showing the issue again.

As the issue is not reproducible from TE-end and as per comment #4 and #7, the issue seems to be very inconsistent. Hence, requesting someone from UI team to please have a look into the issue and adding label TE-NeedsTriageHelp for further investigation from dev team. Thanks...!!
