Legoland: "Toolchain Detective" not showing in Legoland |

Issue descriptionWe have a weekly sheriff rotation, known as the "Toolchain Detective". In the old official waterfall page, the slot for Toolchain Detective shows up in the upper left hand corner and is filled in properly. On the Legoland main builder page, many of the rest of the sheriffs show up at the top of the page (go/legoland), but the Toolchain Detective is not there. Can we get that added please? (Not sure about the correct team/component for this...)

I think legoland bugs should be filed in buganizer, but I don't know the component there, either... I do, however, know a few names of people who have clues that I don't. :-)

I can handle this after OOO (around the end of the month) but I think Don has also added / tweaked the on-call panel before if it's time critical.

I don't know how time-critical this would be considered. It's main importance is to give the sheriffs (and other CrOS developers) and idea of who to contact for any critical toolchain bugs/issues that come up.
