The Chrome UI Catalog Viewer should allow users to store comments on screenshots.
The code for this exists, but is disabled, in the front end. There is no current code for this in the back end. There are two things to do to enable them:
1. Work out how to store the comments. They need to be attached to a specific version of a specific screenshot.
2. Do a (probably trivial) privacy and security review of this. This will be the first time that the viewer will storing any data. In addition, in the current front end code the comments are stored with the writer's email address, so that only the writer can edit or delete them. No other PII is, however stored or accessed.
